Hi everyone! I'm a **middle-aged woman**, a **former top lifeguard**, and today I'm doing a **Gas Release Pose Challenge** while balancing a yoga block on my legs! I'm wearing my favorite **leotard** and **pantyhose**, and my **100 cm hips** make this exercise even more challenging. This video includes **real workout sounds** with **no background music**, so you can hear my natural breathing, the movement of my body, and every little sound during the exercise. To keep the audio clean, I turned off the air conditioner and closed all the windows while filming. It became incredibly hot, and by the end I was completely soaked with sweat.
